Now that’s all the hard work done. You can sit back and relax while our team of creative writers work their magic on your custom messages using the information we have gathered from your brief over the phone already.

Once we have your custom messages back we will be in contact with your final script.

You will simply need to read your custom messages. Our customer care team will go through your messages with you over the phone. This is where we can go through any amendments and get them 100% correct for your business.

Once you are 100% happy with them the rest is up to the Smart On Hold team. We will then allow you to select a voiceover that compliments your business. Then our team take care of the rest, getting your custom messages up and running as quickly as possible.

With your Smart On Hold packages, you receive a number of inclusive updates every year – the number depends on the package you discussed with our Sales Team at the start of your order process.

If you would like to make a change to your messages, it’s nice and simple! Just visit our Request Updates Page. There, you can simply fill in your details and information about any new topics (bullet points are best). You can also request a copy of what your current on hold Messages are here too. This information will be sent to our Smart On Hold team.

One of our Customer Care representatives will contact you shortly after your submission with any questions. We will get your messages created by our Creative Writer and get them to you within just a few days.
We will take care of all the scripting, voicing and uploading of all your messages – all you need to do is to let us know about what your new promotion, service or special occasion is.

All Smart On Hold customers are usually invoiced monthly on either the 5th or 20th of the month. The email you nominated as “accounts” will receive a copy of the invoice on this date.
Monthly payments will not commence until the service has been completely set up. Unless the chosen payment method is American Express or Diners Card, there will be no additional monthly transaction fees paid. Changes to bank accounts or credit cards must be notified to our accounts person, who can be reached at accounts@smartonhold.com.au at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid incurring a failed payment fee.

Smart On Hold offers the most reliable methods in delivering messages on hold possible, but there is always a possibility for something to disrupt your service.

Your business will receive a call every 8-10 weeks from our Customer Care team. This is an opportunity for our team to remind your business of the updates that are available within your package with Smart On Hold.

They will also check on your service to ensure that it is working perfectly. Any queries can also be answered for you.
